Katie Ridge, BA, LLM, Chartered MCIPD, Barrister at Law, has practical HR experience combined with substantial employment law knowledge and workplace investigation know how.

Katie has a broad range of employment law experience specialising in workplace investigations, grievance and disciplinary matters, and as well as representing Organisations in the Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court. She has a keen interest in and is an advocate for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Irish society.

Prior to joining Adare Human Resource Management, Katie has supported a diverse range of private, not-for-profit and public sector Organisations in her capacity as a barrister and HR professional.
